- Working within the variety of floor plans available, select the suite-style condominium that you prefer and we’ll help you finalize those plans to create your dream home.
- The Palladian will reserve your favorite unit for 30 days. This reservation allows you ample time to review base plans, finishing selections, and build-out options. The reservation fee will be applied to the list price, upon purchase.
- As soon as your offer to purchase is accepted, the Palladian’s design center is available to help you refine your dream design. We also help you connect with the wide variety of community resources available to assist you in the design and furnishing of your home.
- After final selections are made, and the build-out price is determined, a build-out agreement will be signed. Construction will begin once the build-out agreement of your new condominium home is completed.
- You will close on the purchase of your new condominium home upon completion of the interior, at which time you will be able to move in and begin to Enjoy the Art of Downtown Living.
